Cancellation Policy
We require 24hours in advance prior to canceling or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge 50% groom price for any no shows or late cancellations (e-transfer sent to heartsandpawsdoggrooming@gmail.com). You must be available to pick your dog up immediately after their groom as these are timely 1 on 1 services. We have charges of $10 every 15minutes you are late picking up.
