Please bring a copy or photo of their rabies vaccine as per law on your first visit- we need to have an up to date rabies record on file.

We require 24hours in advance prior to canceling or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge 50% groom price for any no shows or late cancellations. You must be available to pick your dog up immediately after their groom as these are timely 1 on 1 services. We have charges of $10 every 15minutes you are late picking up and/or dropping off. We reserve the right to cancel or turn away any dog for any reason. We reserve the right to charge any cost for any reason (late fees, matting, infrequent grooming, behavior or health challenges etc.)

Please arrive on time for your appointment. As we offer one-on-one services, once it is 15 minutes past your appointment time there typically isn't enough time to finish the full service before our next appointment is booked in. If the service needs to be cancelled due to lack of time because of a late drop-off, the 50% cancellation fee is due.

                         Please choose the size according to breed on the services page. If you are unsure on size, please book one size up as this will allot more time for us. :) Any bookings booked incorrectly may result in the service not being completed fully as the size allots the correct time we need per breed.

Please ensure you have selected the correct service. For example, if you book for a Bath / Blowout package and need hair trimmed, it does not include a haircut and needs to be booked instead as Haircut / The Works, as the bath packages do not allot enough time to complete a groom.

Please keep in mind we are typically booked a few weeks in advance and the schedule is open 3-4 months at a time for booking. Thank you so much for choosing Hearts & Paws!
